taskbar in windows tittle bar

Hi,

wmaker is my preferer window manager and with some other apps (like rox, 
gnome-vfs-daemon...) is in my opinion the best desktop for linux. In 
this time (some years using it) I only have mised one think: a coway 
taskbar like system.
I know that we have window list with middle button (configurable) but 
for my is difficult to find the desire windows on it. Thinking about 
that and observing other solutions like ION, wmii, fluxbox... could be 
great adopt some similar to wmaker.

My proposed solution is implement a taskbar in the title bar of each 
window but only for windows related to the some app. For example: I use 
gaim and have three gaim windows, one with contact list and other two 
with conversations, in each off this three windows in the title bar it 
would have two task referencing the other two windows from the same app.

What you think ?
