Hello, I've been using WM for about two years now on Linux, and I've thrown out all the rest (that says it all :-). There is a row of docked apps on my desktop, and I noticed they do not all react in the same way when launched. As I'm also developing apps for Linux, I'd like to understand what happens. When an app is launched, its icon 'lights up', the app starts, and then one of three things can occur: - the icon stays 'lighted', - it reverts to normal, but without the three dots (this seems to be the most common), - it reverts to normal, including the three dots, but this doesn't seem to imply it can be launched a second time. So what is governing these three types of behaviour ?
