I have to conclude that Nvidia TwinView is inherently incompatible with
your patch. Your patch makes my situation somewhat worse because after
wmsetbg is rebuilt with it, then I can never have the panorama
background across monitors. Whether Twinview is giving the xinerama
info or not, ie ,

    Option "NoTwinViewXineramaInfo" "true"
or
    Option "NoTwinViewXineramaInfo" "false"

it does not use the scaled panorama background. The two monitors are
separate.

Without the patch, I can at least set it at true and have WIndowMaker
see the background as one big 2560x1024 background.

I suspect the problem with TwinView is that WindowMaker never realizes
it is supposed to be in xinerama mode until after it has started.

Now I'm going to try to reconfigure the X server not to use TwinView,
but rather the basic Xinerama, and find out if that makes a difference.

I'd still LOVE to see the xorg.conf files from dual-head Nvidia users
who are able to make everything work right!
