Icon Size Issue

I'm horrible with intros, but: Greets all. My name is Bill, i'm using a PowerMac G4 400mhz with Slackintosh Linux 10.2, plus compiled GNUstep & Windowmaker. I'm from Massillon Ohio, and a diehard supporter of the GNUstep and Windowmaker projects. I have a hokey little self-bio site at

   I feel inclined to mention i'm not a linux genius by no means, nor do I know much about programming or scripting, but I am fairly comfortable with the console and such. 
   
  Anyway, I have a two minor problems/questions that I'm running into I would like to ask if anyone has any insight on.
   
  1.When I change my Icon Size, any "dockapp" I have running doesn't. In other words, the tile changes size but the appliction does not, thus part of the running dockapp is chopped off. I'm stuck at 64x64 if I want to use any of them (wmcube, spaceclock, mount.app). Is there a script I need to edit? 
   
  2. Is it possible to set up an application to launch without a titlebar?
   
  Any info is absolutely appreciated. I do not have the internet at home, thus here I sit at the library with my handy thumbdrive getting the software I need. What a pleasure eh?? ^_^
