       I
 have a lot of difficulty in keeping my fingers and toes warm
 so I have some suggestions that I have had success with.
 Maybe one or more might be helpful to you.

 thing is I carry a thick pair of warm dry socks just for
 sleeping. I don't put them on until I am going to bed.
 Even a little moisture on my feet or in my socks can make a
 huge difference. (If you need to dry the socks you wear
 during the day, put them next to your core, or wear them as
 mittens while you sleep.)
 Filling
 a water bottle with warm or hot water and warming up the
 foot of my sleeping bag before I get in seems to work well.
 I have found if my feet are cold when I get in my bag it can
 be almost impossible to warm them up.
 A
 trick that I learned a number of years ago (don=E2=80=99t recall
 from where) is to sleep on an incline with my feet slightly
 elevated above my head. The idea is that heat rises and if
 the foot of my bag is the lowest point it will also be the
 coldest. If the incline is too much I will awake with a
 nasty headache, so this takes a bit of trial and error to
 find the best angle.
 For
 short trips (1-2 nights) I will sometimes cheat and carry a
 few sets of chemical hand warmers.
 Being
 even slightly dehydrated can make it difficult to stay warm.
 So try to stay hydrated. A warm drink before bed serves
 double duty.
