Z Poles and Tarp Tent?

Hey all,

This my first question, but I've been lurking and reading for almost a year
now...  Anyways, I just got a pair of BD Z pole trekking poles (got them
for 20 bucks at an REI garage sale!!!) and I was wondering if there are any
tarp tent designs that don't require adjustable trekking poles.  If you're
not familiar with the z pole design, they fold up rather than collapse into
themselves, so there's really only one height you can get them at.

I'd love to make a Tarptent from Henry Shires' design, but I don't know if
I could adapt it to a taller trekking pole.
