Sawyer Water Squeeze Filter bag

Just got back from a four nighter testing equipment for next year.

One new piece I was not please with was the squeeze bag for the Sawyer 2 oz inline filter.

On the third day the seam near the busted open and was leaking a stream.
I had read the reviews and was aware of it's delicate nature and was trying to treat it as VERY ultra light weight equipment but that part of Sawyer's filter just failed miserably.

I like the filter it's self very well and so I'm on the prowl for water bags/bottles to replace the Sawyer Squeeze bag.

I like the looks of Platypus Gravity Works "dirty" bag but want the tube end to have the screw threads that the Sawyer filter could screw onto or could have a pop bottle cap put on. I also want the open end for easy filling and with handles like the Platypus Gravity Works "dirty" bag has.

Some of the Platypus bags/bottles have fairly hard/sharp corners and edges that would cut/wear into the mesh pockets of my Maripoza Plus.

I've tought of a wine skin but of course way-too-heavy!

Any suggestions or thoughts?

'til later
