That's be a heck of a lot of oil. You may want to check for accumulated small animals. ;) Seriously, though, this seems far enough off that I'd wonder whether the listing is really for that bag. Or whether there's a unit interpretation error. Pounds-kilos would be hard-pressed to give an 18 oz error for a 20 degree bag, but 3 15 as 3 lb 15 oz instead of 3.15 lb, for instance, gets you much of the way there.
