He did say the bag was 15 years old. Hard to think TNF would honor any 
warranty after that amount of time.
But, worth a try. But I think they ask you to clean it before sending it to 
them.
So ..........

I would say first wash it with a good down wash again and rinse well. Then 
see if the weight drops.
I say it's either dirty (fine dust) or the note about 3.15 lbs vs 3 lbs 15 
oz is a possibility.

Oh, 45 minutes in a drier isn't that much. Considering the heat should be 
low to medium. Maybe it's still 'wet'.
