I use both a sleeping bag (Marmot Plazma) and a Homemade quilt and have not seen any difference in the creepy crawlies between the two.
The sleeping bag does have it's advantages in high wind conditions when cowboy camping. BTW- I cowboy camp most of the time when the weather allows.

I've only seen pics of the Therm-a-Rest Haven and it appears to me that it would be great for someone who is a back sleeper and stays put all night. But, for the rest of us not so great.

As for reviews .... google "Therm-a-Rest Haven reviews"..... there are lots of them (About 22,300 results (0.30 seconds))
