Sorry, I am away from my computator. Ignore my spelling/typing, please. The name is Jim, BTW. Yes, it has some. I don't believe you can get high concentrations of permethrin that are not disolved in some oil. It IS an oil, basically. Rather than use a lot of kerosene, as in the first batch I had, they now use an emusifier. This mixes the oils with water so it takes far less kerosine(?). Think of the emulsifier as a detergent (not really correct, though similar.)
