Sawyer's Pemethrin is not 5% permethrin it's 0.5% - one half of 1% and 99.5% inert ingredients. Before dilution if you use the soak method. While labelled as "Military style" the Department of Defense issues a version that is 80 times stronger (40% active ingredient) used in the Armed Forces..
