I use Frogg Toggs for rain gear and rarely want to leave them behind.   Though a complete set only weighs about a pound, they have a lot of loft and make a nice pillow by themselves in my sleeping bag stuffsack - and, being a side sleeper with bony shoulders, I require a fairly substantial pillow.
