All, BART restored two-track service across the bay at about 4 PM, albeit running more slowly than usual. BART IS RUNNING AGAIN, just as predicted at the BART Board of Directors meeting I attended for 3+ hours today... :-) (See Renee Rivera's note that I reposted earlier re: the August no-bike-blackouts trial/pilot period: 5 Fridays in August with NO BIKE BLACKOUTS!)
