Hello, My name is Wayne Strider. How did I come to be here? I came to be here through my connection with Dale. I think I first met Dale in PSL (Weinberg Problem Solving Leadership Workshop.)I was a budding faculty member at the time. Our paths crossed at Consultants' Camp. Dale came to our Leaders' Forum in Crested Butte, CO twice. There may be other places and times that I'm not remembering now. How do I feel about being here? Glad to be invited. Curious about who else is here. Excited to make some new connections and maybe rejuvenate some old connections. What would I like to have happen here? Share what I know about resistance. Learn from others. What else would I like you to know about me? My book, Powerful Project Leadership, was published in April 2002. I love to cook. I love to fly-fish for trout. I have a Santa Claus collection. My bride Eileen and I will celebrate our 6th year in business together next month (and 13 years married in August.) My daughter Amy is 27. She is an attorney in San Diego, CA. My son Jeff is 22. He will graduate from the University of Missouri this May and plans to pursue a master's degree in molecular biology. My son Steve Cline is 24. He is a civil engineering graduate of Purdue University and is pursuing a master's degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana. I report myself as Myers-Briggs type INFP.
