Introducing myself (Re: Welcome to resistance-as-a-resource)

Hello,

my name is Malte Finsterwalder. I live in Karlsruhe, Germany and work as 
a software developer in a small company.

I would like to follow the invitation in the welcome message to answer 
the given questions:

>     1. How did you come to be here?

Following a bunch of blog-references and came across Dale Emery's Blog. 
I really like what he writes there. Visiting his homepage I found out a 
little more about resistance as a resource and came across this group.
So I signed up.

>     2. How do you feel about being here?

I can't really tell yet. So far I feel good.

>     3. What would you like to have happen here?

I would like to get in touch, to exchange experience and knowledge with 
others, to discuss about the sources of resistance and how to overcome 
resistance in myself as well as in others.
I would like to learn more about resistance in general.

>     4. What else would you like us to know about you?

For a long time I considered myself to be very progressive and "change 
adaptive". But when I'm honest with myself, of course I do resist 
certain changes.
At the same time I'm often rather unpacient when others resist the 
changes that we all agree to make.
