Thanks, Wayne. I forgot to say that.

A test to tell whether my awareness is accurate (about procrastination,
say) is to do something based on it that should change the situation,
and see if it changes. I'm confident in my belief in procrastination
partly because when I took steps to relax my quality anxiety my
procrastination sometimes disappeared. Other times it did not, and
therein lay new lessons about procrastination for me.
