I helped my coworker do an Myers-Briggs on-line test today (English is
not his native language)... he's an "E", which I've always known, and
turns out to be "ENFJ". We get along very well, but I'm an INTJ - logic
is king, and I don't follow the crowd; while he has a lot of scientific
training, he feels that scientific method and logic are not that
important: this is why my logical arguments have failed to persuade him
to do various XP practices (like TDD) in a non-XP project. He did do
them in an XP project, but he would rather conform to the overall
company culture when not in an XP project.
