GW is incredible, but there is so much more out there to learn from. I mention that because I believe I am resistng something, but have not used that resistance as a resource to change my situation. I am not comfortable with newsgroup dialog. I attempt it, but rarely feel that my points are well communicated. I am much more comfortable in a dailog setting with a team or class.
