Tire or suspension change or no change?

Hello from Milton's Motorhome, based on 81 pickup.....I switched many years ago to 14 inch tires and 14 inch bus tires on the back..The front tires used from calculation is 185-60 R-14. to maintain proper speedometer reading....But I have 2 issues. 1. These front tires are wearing out faster than normal. 2. When cornering with body lean can hear a metalic rubbing sound....Should I change something in front suspension and/or tire size.
