atchlin & atchlis complete the austrian 9

the attached tripoint stretching diagram for atchlin
is based on an excellent austrian zoomable map with a
better aerial photo than the satpic provided by google
earth

also my assumption is that this stretch of the rhein
is not navigable by deep draft vessels 
& therefore that the atchlin tripoint is situated at
midstream rather than on the thalweg

& 
the attached diagram for atchlis is simply based on
the summit of naafkopf as determined experimentally on
google earth
