I'm not a professional, just a homeo-mom. But tuberculinum was actually the first thing that popped into my head as I read this.case. Unfortunately, my copy of Herscu's Homeopathic Treatment of Children isn't readily findable, but if you can get a look at it somehow, you might want to read his picture of tuberculinum.
