I have seen spectacular changes with intensive hatha yoga taught by a decent teacher - I would highly recommend this and encourage the child, if her height concerns her, with promises of increased height with diligent practice ...... stretching has to be a regular part of the yoga practise too. However it is usually the height of the grandparents that governs the children's height - is this detail available? I would say she will grow more quickly within the next 3 years looking at my own grandchildren one of whom was tiny until she was 12 - now she is catching up with her parents @ 13 years old, her mother being 5'8" but her paternal grandmother 4'11" At 21 my son spent 10 days hospitalised with a wrist fracture (not sure why so long perhaps there were other problems) and grew 6 inches - not possible of course at that age. If she is drinking a heap of Fluoridated water this wont help the pituitary & associated growth factors. Filter out the fluoride and drink more water. Jane
