Not familiar with this. I didn't notice a difference, but then, I've always been very aware of impending hypoglycemia. Some people are less aware than others. In my early 20s, I slept with a wristwatch-type device that was supposed to alarm when I perspired (a sign of possible hypoglycemia). It wasn't terribly useful. I've actually found my dreams to be a much better indicator of dropping blood sugar. When my blood sugar is too low, I dream of numbers. I wake up knowing that I need to reach for my glucose tablets.
