Hi Shannon,

Dr Peter D'Adamo, has done research that divides people into a few groups (5 or 6 or 7?) each of which has a set of common genes and sensitivities.
So he has named each group (names like explorer, nomad, teacher, etc) and he describes each group in general, gives how to determine your group, based on phenotype (body proportions, fingerprint types, finger lengths and blood type etc) and lists the foods which work for each group in general - it's in his "Genotype Diet" book.

Namaste,
    Irene
