Urgent Request for a Colleague!

Early this morning, I received an urgent message from my good friend
Trey Ryder.  To see the full text of his message, please visit

about him.  As many of you know, Trey is a law firm marketing expert,
and writes a column that we publish in the ESQlawtech Weekly.

Trey wrote to advise that his wife Stephanie had suffered a severe
stroke after undergoing two very serious heart operations.  She is
currently in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care unit of their local
hospital.  At this time, she is paralyzed on the right side of her body,
and she is unable to speak.  The doctors won't speculate on whether her
condition will improve, but Trey and his family are maintaining faith
that she will make a full recovery.

Trey is a dear friend, and has done a lot for the legal community, and
he has made a very simply request of us as colleagues.  First, he asks
for your prayers for Stephanie, that she be restored to good health with
all deliberate speed.  Second, he asks that we send Stephanie cards.
She loves cards, and is not allowed to receive flowers, so cards would
be a big boost to her spirits, and along with prayer, will help us to
maximize the speed at which she will recover.

In an effort to make it quick and easy to extend our thoughts and good
will to Stephanie, I am making the sample Sendoutcards.com account
available to send Stephanie a card. I have already added her to the
contact list, so all you have to do is select contact manager, type in
her name to pull up her information, select send card, select the card
you want to send, and type in your message.

As lawyers, we make a living making a difference in the lives of others.
I hope you will take a moment to make a difference for Stephanie.
