I have it at home via AT&T's service, and shortly after I got it, the Michigan Court of Appeals (where I work) switched over to it, too. In my experience, the sound quality is almost better than traditional voice lines. Of course, especially with the home service, it does depends on the upstream speed of your broadband connection.
