Hi all,

You can now conference call using Skype for up to 500 participants that's
100x the 5 caller limit of a regular Skype conference. Some time ago Stuart
Levine pointed us to the 100 person telephone conference that was "free" in
quotes because the participants each pay their respective long-distance
carrier for connecting to the number provided by the telephone conference
service.. http://www.FreeConference.com/

Since January (I was slow to find this) a Skype partner accommodates
conference calls with up to 500 participants. Callers may use Skype or any
telephone. Skype users make a free Skype out call from anywhere in the
world. Other callers may connect via telephone to a number in the US. Like
the "free" conference service those connecting via telephone pay at what
ever rate they have for long distance:

Skype-partner HighSpeedConferencing also has access telephone numbers in UK,
France and Germany that may be reached by telephone in those countries..
