Let me ask a couple of questions? 1. What format were the documents scanned into? If it is pdf then there are several options. 2. Assuming it is scanned into adobe's pdf format you could use Adobe's Capture software which adds searchable text layer to the image file. 3. For searching (in any format) I recommend I ISYS software. It is the underlying search software used by Worldox and IMHO it works better. Just have it scan the drive or volume where your documents are located and set it re-index the drive in the evening.
