i'm quite getting used to this becoming a one-to-one correspondence. i'm from
the Philippines. ever heard about it? i hope so, and i do hope it's all good.
things have really been lousy for our country for the past months, what with the
SARS scare and all the terrorists attacks.
anyway, i'm happy to hear you like mysteries. i like a good scare myself
whenever i get my hands on a good book. have you read books by Peter Straub? he
really writes good thrillers. i suggest books like "Koko" or "Julia". i
especially like Koko.
i also like reading series. finished a couple of 'em actually, although i enjoy
fiction. i haven't tried reading nonfiction. i'm afraid i might find it too
boring for me. of course, i could be wrong. i've read "The Lord of the Rings"
Trilogy. i also like reading science fiction, especially those from the masters
of the genre like Isaac Asimov and Robert Heinlein. i'm really fascinated with
Asimov's Foundation series. unfortunately, i only managed to come across two
books from the series as of now. it's hard to come by books like that here.
