Here's the news from PG Canada for May.

We published a total of 13 ebooks during the month: the New Releases
section at the top of the PGC main page always gives the details of
new releases for the most recent three months.

Of these books, 10 were in English, and 3 were in French. Two of
the books were non-fiction, ten were novels, and one was poetry.
Eight of the books were by Canadians, or had a significant link to
Canada.

One of the highlights of the month was our completing our series of
novels by Pamphile Le May (1837-1918): all of his novels are now
available at our site. We added no fewer than three works by Le May
this month: two novels, and his final book of poetry!

We are also very happy that we now offer "Three Came to Ville Marie"
by Alan Sullivan (1868-1947), which won the Governor General's
Literary Award for Fiction in 1941. The Governor General's Awards,
established by Lord Tweedsmuir (PG author John Buchan), are Canada's
premier literary awards.

Authors and illustrators new to PGC this month included:

Bellamy, Edward (1850-1898) [American novelist and social theorist]
Bindloss, Harold (1866-1945) [English novelist] Wikipedia
Gibb, Sir George Duncan (1821-1876) [Canadian physician]
Stitch, Wilhelmina [Collie, Ruth] (ca. 1888-1936) [British poet]

Thank you as always for your support!
