I've just gone to examine the collection, and it's quite good. In view of the fact that somewhere between half and two-thirds of it is pre-1923, and that both the page-as-scanned and the OCR file are available for each book, it seems to me that it could be made available for anybody at DP who wants to work on it. Although to most of us its contents are no more than interesting nostalgia, we do have viewers in third- world countries for whom information on how to build a small cottage and how to create a hot-water system for a household, and many other such bits of information, might be very useful and important.
