I posted PG text #44659 recently with medium res images clicking to 
higher res images. As posted and presumably as produced by epubmaker, 
the HTML works as intended. Bursting the epub shows that the links to 
the larger illustrations have been removed and the image files for the 
larger illustrations are not present in the epub.
