pseudonym for Cecil Street. It doesn't mention that Cecil Street was a 
prolific writer of non fiction.

My best source: http://onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu/authors.html. == zero 
under both names.

An up and coming source, well indexed and electronic only:

http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=creator%3A%28cecil%20street%29. == 1 
under Rhode and 4 under Street.

Poor source of electronic books but the Street name is where they're at:
