Yeah and you don't get a whole lot of traction not having them. It  
makes the 12% royalty they pay look a lot more like 6%.

And when talking about this kind of stuff, it really is necessary to  
split hairs. There's a world of difference between selling a MS and  
selling the right to make copies of that MS, between on spec and to  
spec and so on.
