And I'd point out that several of the discussion that went on here in
'06 were essentially circular arguments in which one person insisted
on stirring things up by driving the original point off on
tangents. ;-) The discussions this year have been considerably more
dignified and intelligent, even when they involved issues about which
people feel strongly, such as copyright protection.
The level of expertise on this forum is such that it would be a
considerable loss if it weren't available, and I suspect many
potential new members would echo their lack of time to surf blogs and
other forums.
