As well as money, you should hammer out the rights situation and the
byline. Many ghosts get no byline or rights, but many do. You'll see
"and," "with," and "as told to." Depending on whether you can get a
byline, you may also be able to get some rights to the work. Or,
depending on how savvy your buyer is, you may get none at all. The
fewer rights you retain, the more you should charge.
