Almost none, I would say.  But I think we have to operate in an 
environment where ebook sales are a very small part of the market and 
so how well the e-format does has a lot to do with how well or poorly p-
formatss fill the readers needs.

My experience is that the great majority of my sales (books that are 
mainly romance, erotica and fantasy or a combination thereof) are 
direct from publisher, a strong minority from fictionwise and other 
online ebook-only distributors and only the occassiona one or two via 
other places (Amazon, direct sales etc).  I would be interested in 
hearing other authors experiences.
