I love my Kindle, and regularly read for leisure on it. I wouldn't
consider such reading on my desktop or laptop, nor on a smartphone or
something similar. Why? Because of the higher resolution of the
Kindle screen. Because it's about the size of a mass market paperback
(and lighter), so I can comfortably hold it when lounging around
somewhere. Because I can read it in the sun, when we have any.
Because I can order new books wherever I am, when I find I didn't
bring enough (as usual!).

I always looked, but didn't buy the e-readers, until this one. And
the next generation? I'm guessing that will build even more market
share, as its improvements cross other readers' threshold requirements.
