Even the very new hot lines like Harlequin Blaze are frankly tame 
(well, I was disappointed anyway after setting my expectations at 
ebook levels).  Their sex scenes involve indicating their was sex and 
a climax did occur somehow.  Without going into detail on what I 
presume is an all-ages list, that doesn't fill the need for a large 
proportion of the modern readership who want to see romance expressed 
sexually in some books, and in diverse ways.  I am not aware of Mills 
and Boon having a hot line where you would get more than a coy 
paragraph or two.

I would add to my list other niche romance such as the gay-romance-
for-women I write, polyamory, older people and BDSM etc.  Self help 
has a similar advantage online, because if you are dealling with an 
embarrassing problem often the range of self-help books is small and 
the desire to have an over the coutner transaction with a pimply 
youth and have the book out on the mantle is low ;)
