Now I'm sure here i nthe UK Mills and Boon were into this a 
decade or so back, and they linked with Harlequin and one or 
other had Silhouette for the more erotic.   Even M&B main line 
became rather racy,  I think.

But it is not my field, and my involvement was fairly brief.


They are the babes in the woods, with a few years under their
