I found that this was actually a rather effective way to promote a
book (mine was print though). I could see definite spikes in Amazon
rank during he week after the podcast. I'm not even talking huge ones--
a few thousand listeners was enough to produce a respectable spike,
and to propel the book onto Amazon's C&I best-sellers.
