How about submit your eBook to free-ebooks.net?
Mine was there for less than a month and I got 370 hits. That's
the best place for making eBook submissions that I found.

I understand many might not want to give away their eBook. Maybe
you can give away a chapter, and if people are really interested they
may want to get whole thing?
