Costs to print an eBook

Most inkjets cost between $.08 for plain black text to as high as $.25
per page for color. 

If you figure on the cheap end, a hundred page novel is going to cost
you $8 to print. That is the same as purchasing a paperback and it also
means you have a big sheaf of paper to cart around with you. I really
believe that very few ebooks are actually printed in this manner,
unless it is an owner's manual or tech manual.
