Re: Wowio contract changes

Having been caught out a couple of times, we now routinely go through 
'standard' contracts with a red pen and modify all the terms that we 
don't like before sending them back. It's a lot easier than trying to 
claw rights back later on. But if the distributor insists on it, then 
bye-bye.

Most 'standard' contracts turn out to be negotiable after all, and 
that's the way it should be. Mutual satisfaction is what a contract is 
all about.
