The ebookwise is the new name for the old rocketbook. You can find it at ebookwise.com. I've been using the ebookwise for years and it's avery reliable unit. I tend to purchase all book in html format these days so I can convert to whatever... I learned this after buying the ebookwise to get away from the Franklin ebook which uses mobipocket. Mobipocket is the only one you can reformat. Ebookwise actually uses the Rocketbook Librarian to convert books to IMP format. 

When I want to download a LIT format book I juse a MS LitConverter program which changes it into html. Sometimes (depending on the LIT file) it changes it into one hmtl file and other times into several that I then have to cut and paste into a word doc and then reformat that.
