Mac has announced that it will release a patch that will allow Mac 
users to view DNL files in April this year. So for that aspect of it 
I shall have to wait another month or so. I also understand that new 
software has been developed to give pdf files a similar 3D appearance 
so that it can emulate this DNL function. Now it is true that I could 
just as easily produce a data file for this given work in DNL I would 
of course have to ask readers to then install a DNL reader which in 
essence is an EXE file so little would be gained their. It is also 
true that I can just as easily produce a pdf file using anything from 
word perfect to word 97 but have not as of yet found a way to place 
multi-media in those docs yet so that path leads to a dead end in 
what I am trying to do. My next choice is of course to just produce a 
web page and leave it in html which I am more than capable of doing 
but that does not help me in this given situation. I am simply 
experimenting with new or rather old tech since DNL has been around 
for a while but it has only again resurfaced in light of the growing 
popularity of ebooks. I am simply using the tools presently available 
to me at the moment.
