I can't give an informed opinion as to whether to e-book or not since
writers/publishers have to consider a variety of facts beyond my ken.
I would lean toward saying you should, but then I'm an e-book fan in
general and that's just my opinion.

However, if you do go e-book, I would suggest using the ePub format.
It's the format used by Stanza, one of the most popular e-book readers
on the iPhone, and is also rapidly becoming a de-facto "universal"
format, as it can easily be converted into any other.
