At the current time, the Mobipocket web site advertises that they have
120,000 titles, and the Amazon Kindle site advertises 265,000 titles.
When the Kindle was first launched, I believe the Kindle store had
around 90,000 titles. Its content closely matched that on the
Mobipocket web site because Amazon had bought Mobipocket in 2005 and
that's the content they had to start with. Amazon has obviously
focused on rapid growth of available content since that time.
