Re: read & print, but not copy?

Thanks for the info. Since I do want people to print their own copy, I guess
I just have to trust that people won't share digital copies with others. 

Any suggestions about words to use to discourage people from making digital
copies and sending that to others?

If you can print, you can "print to PDF," and create a digital copy.

There are ways of setting up online readability without copyability,
usually based on Flash. (Most of them can be circumvented with enough
creative code skills, but the vast majority of people won't bother.)
